We simply get your heart thumping, your breathing rate increased, and work the major muscle groups towards an end of a workout.

How does this help?

By working the quadriceps, hamstrings, and core muscles intensively towards the end of the workout, your metabolic rate stays up even after your workout. The muscles demand fuel.. the fat is the fuel.. To maximize weight loss, healthy eating and regular exercise are key.

Post workout fat burn-

We recommend you treat the classes prescriptively. By taking them on a regular basis 2-3 times week over 6 weeks, you will sustain higher metabolic rates throughout. This will mean more energy (fat in this case) is burnt, helping you lose weight.
